Something not working as it should? Book an engineer to investigate the problem and work out the most sensible way forward.
We’ll discuss what you’ve experienced, inspect the accessible parts of the system, attempt to reproduce the fault and test the most likely causes.
Many faults can be identified during the initial appointment. Intermittent, concealed or complex problems may require further testing, monitoring or another visit.
At the end of the appointment, we’ll explain what we’ve found and recommend the next step. No additional diagnostic work or repairs will be carried out without discussing the cost with you first.

Important information: The fee covers the engineer’s booked diagnostic time, testing and findings rather than guaranteeing a repair or conclusive diagnosis within one visit. Parts, repairs and any additional investigation are agreed separately. Non-refundable diagnostic fee. Payment on site by card or bank transfer. Parking permits and congestion charges are the customer’s responsibility.
