We've put together three options below — all include a Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) issued on the same day. Pick the level that suits you and we'll confirm your appointment.
Parking & congestion charges are not included and will be added to the final invoice where applicable.
Appliance access: If we arrive and cannot access or safely service an appliance (locked room, boxed in, not isolated, or appliance not as described), a non-refundable attendance fee of £50+VAT applies. If you're unsure whether your appliance is accessible, email us a photo before your appointment and we'll confirm.
→ If a gas leak is found during testing, we are legally required to investigate. Minor leaks on accessible joints can often be repaired during the visit at £125+VAT per hour plus materials. Major leaks or those requiring parts will be quoted separately.
→ If an appliance is found to be Immediately Dangerous (ID) or At Risk (AR), we are legally required to disconnect or cap the supply and issue a Warning Notice. This is a legal obligation, not optional.
→ Additional appliances (gas fires, cookers, hobs) can be added at the time of booking or on the day, subject to scheduling.
→ Access to the boiler and all gas appliances must be clear on arrival. If we cannot access an appliance, it cannot be tested.
→ Gas leak investigation and repair is not included in the service price.
Payment: All work is payable on site at completion. Jobs over £1,000 require a deposit on acceptance.
→ Cancellation policy: 24 hours' notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation charge.
